I had to listen to this book in sections because the message and stories were so emotionally engaging (meaning I cried A LOT). Sarah tells her personal story of transformation, love, loss, support and discrimination. Anyone who identifies as a LGBT-Ally MUST read this book. LGBTQ peoples can benefit from this books as well, as it instills hope for the future for achieving equality for all LGBTQ, especially transgender people and gender nonconforming.
